All persons who enter their email address to receive the 1^st Month Premium Membership Subscription Free Trial upon the platform’s app store release agree to the following conditions:

1. You agree to your email address being stored by Universal Star Pty Ltd as per our Privacy Policy.
2. The Free Trial will be enabled by a Promotional Code. You will be emailed this Promotional Code upon app store release. We take no liability if for any reason you do not receive this email, however if you do not receive this email after the platform launches, please contact us and we will endeavour to provide you with the promotional code if this falls within the time limit of the promotion.
3. You agree to receiving direct marketing material from Universal Star Pty Ltd. This direct marketing material may be ongoing and contain content promoting the platform generally. All persons can unsubscribe from this direct marketing material at any time (such as by clicking “Unsubscribe”).
4. The Promotional Code will only remain valid for a 3-month period following the platforms release.
5. For you to be eligible to receive the 1^st Month Premium Membership Subscription Free Trial you must:
   1. Be aged over 18 and legally entitled to register for the promotion.
   2. Agree to the platforms legal documents (such as the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy) in the platform’s registration process.

Similarly, if we are unable to provide the 1^st Month Premium Membership Subscription Free Trail for any other reason (such as a failure of our platform developer, failure of  any other contractor or service provider, other technical problem or similar), you agree we will not be liable for any claims by yourself, any other person or any legal entity including but not limited to losses or damages. All persons who enter their email address to receive the 1^st Month Premium Membership Subscription Free Trail understand the 1^st Month Premium Membership Subscription Free Trail is not guaranteed, understand you will not be entitled to any form of compensation if the Free trial does not occur, and agree you will not pursue or seek any form of compensation or losses (as permitted legally) in the event the 1^st Month Premium Membership Subscription Free Trail does not occur for any reason.
